I start my observations in about 9 hours, wake up in 7 and I’m nervous. I have no reason to be and will not probably do anything worth mentioning on day one, but I can’t help the anxiety that is giving me heartburn.
I’m going to just chock it all up to the finality of this year. I’m frustrated at hell that this is my last year of undergrad and all I can show for it is some awesome memories. The memories are great- the friends too- but I cannot stand that I spent fours years doing something that my heart isn’t 100% behind. I wish I could say that I had something that I could put my heart behind, but I don’t. I need to cope with it and figure out what I’m doing after student-teaching. However, this isn’t so simple- at least at first glance.
Maybe getting into some sort of routine will make it easier. I guess we shall see.
Until then,

At first I thought it was cool that stuff would trickle down from 4chan to reddit to funnyjunk to tumblr and (usually) finally facebook. Now I feel annoyed by it. Probably just the hipster in me complaining. I’ll just go listen to some… well, you probably have not heard of them, but they rap in perfect grammar. I’m into that now.
Devil Survivor Overclocked trailer gets its dramatic J-pop on. The 3DS port of the DS role-playing game goes on sale September 1 in Japan. As far as I can tell, it’s still scheduled for August 23 here, followed by Devil Survivor 2 in 2012! That’s a lot of Devil Survivor for me not to know how to play.
While I’m sure the theme song will be the same for next month’s North American release, I’m not sure about that voice acting — previous trailers have featured English-language acting, and I wouldn’t expect a little 3DS cart to have dual language tracks.
